Jodie has been dancing at Newmarket School of Dance since the age of three, taking classes in Graded and Vocational Graded Ballet, Modern and Tap. A hugely popular senior student at the school, Jodie was NSD's first Head Girl, taking on this role with brilliant commitment for the 2013-2014 academic year. Jodie is also a member of our student assistant team, assisting with our Wednesday ballet classes and Saturday Modern and Tap classes. A talented dancer Jodie, who took on the role of the Caterpillar in our 2015 show, Add a Little Sparkle, is currently working towards her Advanced Foundation examination. In December 2015 Jodie successfully auditioned for one of only thirty places to study at The Royal Academy of Dance in London on their BA (Hons) Ballet Education programme, Jodie will commence her three years of study in September 2016. We wish her all the best for her time at RAD and for the future.
