Jodie began dancing at Newmarket School of Dance from the age of 3, studying ballet, modern and tap, before at 18 successfully gaining a place to study at The Royal Academy of Dance headquarters in London on their Ballet Education degree. Whilst there Jodie also undertook the Licentiate programme, graduating in 2019 with her Licentiate and a first class honours.

 

Since then Jodie has been working as a freelance dance teacher, whilst also undertaking her MA in Dance Politics and Sociology at the University of Roehampton.

 

Jodie is also a Dance Ambassador for One Dance UK and a dance artist for

Ranbu collective.
